Hi there! I'm a new follower and i have similar starting stats as you (so seeing your b/a is super inspiring) and I'm wondering how long did it take for you to start seeing results? Thanks!

Hi and welcome! :) I lost 10 lbs in the first month just by counting calories, eating smaller portions, making healthier choices, and cutting out soda and sweet tea! I didn’t exercise at all in the first month! After a month I added some walking/jogging and Zumba and steadily lost 5 lbs a month for about 6 months. I started seeing results very quickly. And I definitely had “cheat days” in there, they helped keep me from binging throughout the week :) I did have ups and downs, but I always got back up when I would fall. Persistence is more important than perfection! The key is finding healthy food and forms of exercise that you actually enjoy so you can make it a lifestyle rather than an obligation that you will eventually become resentful towards :)
