Anonymous asked: i can't imagine ever being able to do the video you posted and i'm not even overweight... does it get easier? do you build more stamina over time? i started jogging, but can only go for like 10 seconds before feeling like i want to die
Your endurance definitely gets better with time :) Being overweight can put more stress on your body when participating in high impact activities, but I know people who are heavier than me who can kick my ass at running because they have been so consistent with it and have pushed themselves, while I avoid running most of the time haha. You have to push yourself out of your comfort zone if you want to see change. The things that used to be hard for me have gotten a lot easier, but I still challenge myself so my workouts will never really be “easy” necessarily!
Anonymous asked: Congratulations on your weight loss, your B-E-A-UTIFUL.
No, you are! :)
Scrolling down my dash I see comments on photos of Victoria Secret models, Miley Cyrus and girls in bikinis like “wow I wish I had her body”.
Fact: you will never have her body. You will always have your own body, it’s yours forever, love it.
I understand looking at other girls can be motivating for some, but the best motivation for you, is yourself. Take pictures of yourself and use it as motivation. Be the best version of you.

Anonymous asked: I love reading about your adventures with your chickens. Ever thought about breaking into the goat world?
I want goats SO BAD but unfortunately I can’t have them until I move outside the city because of laws ‘n junk :(
Anonymous asked: You're amazing. What did you do about extra skin after you lost weight? Like was it just toning and working out as you went?
Thank you :D I get asked this question a lot, and I never know how to respond to it. I think skin is different for everyone depending on age, genetics, etc. I do have some extra skin in my breasts. But I have always done a combination of cardio and strength training.
