Rosemary lemon garlic butter grilled fish w/ grilled asparagus. Cookie dough Greek yogurt (Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate chips). A cup of Chai green tea w/ stevia. 9 glasses water (72 ounces). 1 hour athletic conditioning, 45 minutes dog walk. 14,083 steps.
I apologize for all of my food posts 😁 ( or all of my posts in general) but tonight for dinner I made chicken tacos using lettuce leaves instead of tortillas. I cooked the ground chicken in olive oil and cumin. Then topped with black bean and corn salsa, tomatoes, and my favorite: AVOCADO 🙌. My cooking skills have improved 10/10 recently and I’m damn proud 😚😚😚
Some of my shorts from last summer already don’t fit me because booty and thighs.
