8/20/14: A toasted whole wheat English muffin w/ two slices turkey bacon & two eggs (1 whole, 1 white only). Two cups of coffee w/ french vanilla coconut milk creamer. Grapes & blueberries. A vanilla golden crunch Chobani Flip. A mango. Cottage cheese w/ strawberries. A cookies & cream Quest bar. A coconut mango pepper stir-fry w/ shrimp, zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and brown rice. An apple cinnamon rice cake w/ cinnamon raisin swirl peanut butter, a (no sugar added) tapioca pudding cup, and a cup of sleepytime tea w/ stevia. 10 glasses water (80 ounces). 5x5 squats (130 lbs) & overhead press (65 lbs), 2x5 deadlifts (145 lbs), 2x8 chin ups (assisted @30 lbs), 2 rounds core tabatas.

Why didnโ€™t I learn to treat everything like it was the last time. My greatest regret was how much I believed in the future.

Post workout chocolate chip waffle ๐Ÿ˜ to make the waffle batter I just blended 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder and 1 tsp chia seeds. Then I mixed in a few dairy free chocolate chips. I cooked it in a waffle maker and topped it with melted coconut peanut butter and chocolate hazelnut butter!

This Caramel Slice Icecream Sundae is like healthy heaven! I could eat it forever, but then again, I could eat most things forever ๐Ÿ’
To make the cashew cookie layer, blend 1 and a 1/2 frozen bananas, 1 tsp of vanilla paste, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/2 a cup of raw cashews until smooth and creamy. To make the salted caramel layer blend 1 and a 1/2 frozen bananas, 1 tbsp of nut butter, 1/4 tsp of sea salt, and 1 tsp of maple syrup until smooth and creamy. To make the final chocolate layer, blend 1 and a 1/2 frozen bananas, 1 tbsp of cacao powder, 1 tsp of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of sea salt until smooth and creamy. Layer all three flavours in a jar or bowl, and top with raw vegan caramel slice from @drlibby ๐ŸŒฟ

I would cut the recipe in half… but omg yum!
