Hey lady! I see that you're losing weight and I'm super excited for you. Your so gorgeous, and it's awesome that you are losing weight the healthy way! I was wondering if you ever struggle with binging/over eating. I work out like a mad woman, but whenever I start to track my calories or keep a food journal I somehow always tend to binge because of all the panic that comes with writing down what I eat. Do you struggle with any of that and if so how do you get that shit on track? Thanks!

Hey giiirl. Thank you so much! I’m pretty excited as well, haha :) I can’t say I have that problem. I’ve binged maybe one time in the past 2 months, and half of it was healthy stuff so it didn’t really matter. I think tracking my calories actually helps me because I can plan out my whole day ahead of time and already know what I’m going to eat when, so it rarely goes over my goal. Is there another way you could keep track of what you eat that doesn’t require you to write it down, since that’s what’s triggering it? Maybe you could create a visual map either on the computer or taking pictures of what you eat or something so you can see what you are eating, but it’s not boiling down to specifics? If you’re making healthy choices and are eating a balanced diet of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and proteins, I don’t necessarily think you need to track calories. Does this make sense?
